USE OF PLATFORM AND SERVICES
All commercial and contractual terms are offered by and agreed to solely between Users and Merchants (or Service Providers). Such commercial or contractual terms may include, without limitation, the price, applicable taxes, delivery or fulfillment costs, payment methods, payment terms, timelines, warranties related to products or services, and any after-sales support. e-SDRA Digital Wallet (“e-SDRA”) does not control, determine, advise on, or in any way involve itself in the offering or acceptance of such commercial or contractual terms between Users and Merchants.
e-SDRA operates a digital payment and wallet platform and acts solely as a facilitator of payment transactions between Users and Merchants. At no point during any transaction does e-SDRA come into possession of, hold title to, or have any ownership rights or interest in the goods or services purchased by Users from Merchants. e-SDRA shall not have any obligations or liabilities in respect of any contract entered into between Users and Merchants.
You agree and acknowledge that e-SDRA shall not be responsible or liable for:
- The quality, safety, legality, or suitability of any goods or services provided by any Merchant;
- Any goods or services not meeting your expectations or leading to any loss, harm, or damage;
- The accuracy, availability, or unavailability of goods, services, or offers as listed by Merchants on the Platform;
- Any incorrect, incomplete, or delayed orders or deliveries by Merchants;
- Any disputes between you and any Merchant regarding payments, refunds, exchanges, or returns.
Any information, listings, or images related to goods or services made available through the Platform are provided by the Merchants themselves. Such content is for reference only and may not always reflect the actual goods or services delivered. e-SDRA shall not be responsible or liable for any discrepancy or variation in this regard.
By using the Platform, you accept that e-SDRA’s role is strictly limited to providing a secure and convenient payment mechanism and related support services, and that any transactions, agreements, or disputes are strictly between you and the respective Merchant or Service Provider.
